Essential Services Compliance Audits

Our trained auditors inspect each property on a quarterly basis with a view to establishing whether all compliance issues have been addressed. If they have not been addressed, the issue is listed as non-compliant.

Each contractor that attends the site and deals with essential service assets is required to place the inspection reports details in the onsite log book supplied by Essential Services Compliance Pty Ltd.

Our proprietary software lists each building that requires a quarterly inspection at the commencement of each month.

At the conclusion of each audit, a report is prepared to identify which assets are compliant or non-compliant. This report is uploaded into the 24:sevenconnect software and can be reviewed by the building owners at any time.

Contractors are routinely followed up to ensure that the relevant information is being maintained in the onsite logbook provided.

At the end of each 12-month period the final audit report is prepared and again uploaded into the 24:sevenconnect software. All onsite records are audited to determine whether all Essential Safety Measures have been maintained during the past 12 months.
